In 1987, Lloyd Ashman started Ashman Company Auctioneers & Appraisers, Inc. Since then Ashman Company has performed over three hundred (300) million dollars in industrial machine tool sales. In 1999, Ryan Ashman began working alongside his father, Lloyd Ashman, in the business and in 2002 began conducting his own auction sales. Ryan Ashman, as head auctioneer for Ashman Company, has conducted numerous multi-million dollar auction sales, including the sale of Maytag/Whirlpool. With extensive experience and expertise, Ryan has the ability to get the maximum return on auctioned assets or liquidation sales.

Ryan Ashman is a member of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), National Auctioneer Association (NAA), California State Auctioneers Association (CSAA), Southern California Auctioneers Association (SCAA), and a charter member of the Industrial Auctioneer Association (IAA). Ashman Company Auctioneers & Appraisers Inc. is bonded in the State of California (CA Bond #0447212) and possesses Auction licenses and/or permits in other states.

Ashman Company Auctioneers & Appraisers Inc. specializes in industrial/commercial auctions and appraisals. By specializing in industrial auctions, we know the current market, the value of equipment, and how to publicize auction sales to attract buyers. Our auction sales have included machine shops, metal fabrication, manufacturing plants, woodworking, trucking companies, construction equipment, and printing facilities. Approximately one hundred (100) auction sales are conducted each year throughout the United States and Mexico for corporations, financial institutions, and individual business owners.
